Care Ed Senior Watch Learning Centre trains the next generation of Personal Support Workers across New Brunswick. We are growing our French-language PSW program and looking for a dedicated educator to lead it.

About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual healthcare qualified or educator to lead our French-speaking Personal Support Worker (PSW) program. This hybrid role combines classroom and online instruction with program administration to make sure the program runs smoothly across Current Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Teach online and in-person PSW modules in French, demonstrate practical skills, and assess student performance.
Student Mentorship: Give ongoing guidance, grade assignments, and support each student’s progress through the program.
Program Administration: Keep student files accurate, track attendance, and manage course logistics using MS Office and our LMS.
Placement Coordination: Help organize student clinical placements, schedules, and orientation sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements
Healthcare Background: RN, LPN,



Certified PSW, or experienced Healthcare Instructor.
Language Proficiency: Skilled fluency in spoken and written French (mandatory); proficient in English.
Administrative Skills: 1+ years of experience in office support, records management, or educational coordination.
Comfortable teaching both in a classroom and online.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning management systems.
