Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety compliance
Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions
Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new team members to build a strong, capable workforce
Enforce food safety protocols, proper food handling practices,



and cleanliness standards across the restaurant
Support training initiatives in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and hospitality best practices

Skills
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service workplace
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Experience with restaurant management systems including Micros POS or similar platforms
Leadership abilities with a focus on team management and conflict resolution
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting
