We are a Filipino-owned nail salon in Prince George, BC, dedicated to providing high-quality nail care and excellent customer service in a welcoming, skilled environment. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Nail Technician will provide professional nail care services to clients while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service. The successful candidate should be friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy salon environment.

Responsibilities
Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
Perform gel manicures, gel extensions, acrylic or artificial nail services, as applicable.
Apply nail polish, gel polish, nail art, and other nail enhancements.
Perform nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care, and removal of nail products.
Consult with clients regarding their preferred nail styles, colours, and services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Properly sanitize and disinfect tools and equipment according to applicable health and safety requirements.
Follow salon procedures and infection-control practices.




Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Recommend appropriate nail care products and services when appropriate.
Manage appointments and maintain accurate client service records, as required.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the salon.
Stay current with nail trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred.
Nail technician or esthetics training/certification is an asset.
Experience with gel polish, acrylic, gel extensions, and nail art is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and qualified.
Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Willingness to learn current techniques and services.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
