Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Welder on our production team, you will operate welding machinery to craft high-quality components while meeting daily production targets and maintaining accurate documentation.

All shifts available.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate welding equipment to build parts according to exact technical specs.
Maintain a transparent understanding of customer quality standards and weld acceptance criteria.
Complete pre-production quality checks, including the OK to Run checklist, Red Herring verification, and First Off sign-offs.
Keep accurate production records and operational logs.
Maintain a safety-first mindset and strictly adhere to company guidelines across Health & Safety, Quality, HR,



and Environmental standards.

Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout a shift
Capacity to lift up to 35 lbs and manage push/pull forces up to 50 lbs
Comfort operating handling equipment, such as electric pump trucks
Flexibility to work overtime as production demands require
Transparent verbal and written communication skills in English
6–12+ months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Robust capability to follow detailed standard operating procedures

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
