Become an integral part of Clark Builders as an Intermediate/Senior Estimator based in Edmonton, Alberta. Lead estimating activities for the critical Sturgeon Data Center project while ensuring the delivery of exact and supportive estimates.

This role requires collaboration with project managers and the preconstruction team to refine estimating functions. You will prepare comprehensive estimates and engage with trade partners, architects, and engineers during the preconstruction phase.

Strong analytical skills will be essential for developing comparison analyses and effectively communicating variances to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on preconstruction estimating functions
Coordinate trade partner bid lists for accurate pricing




Manage distribution of design documents for bidding
Conduct site evaluations for existing conditions
Prepare bid proposal forms and recording sheets

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 6 years of estimating experience
Knowledge of building construction and market conditions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Robust communication and supervisory skills
