We are currently looking to hire a Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. Please see the job requirements and position details below.

Position: Hotel Front Desk Agent
Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour, depending on previous experience
Shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

The successful candidate must be available to work full shifts on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, as required by the schedule.

Key Requirements:
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with strong guest service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.
Knowledge of hotel reservations, OTA (Online Travel Agency) bookings, and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
Ability to manage check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, payments, and reservation changes.




Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred.

Guest Satisfaction Expectations:

The candidate should be committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to our hotel's online reputation. Our goal is to achieve a minimum of 15 genuine guest reviews mentioning the team member's name through platforms such as Medallia, ReviewPro/Revinate, or Google Reviews, where applicable.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and understands the importance of guest satisfaction and positive hotel performance.

Pay: From $15.06 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
