Kitchen Supervisor – Donair Bros.

Hours: 20–40 hours per week

Donair Bros. is a family-owned restaurant serving donairs, burgers, poutines, and more. We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Kitchen Supervisors with kitchen experience and experience leading staff in a quick-paced restaurant.

You’ll work alongside the team, supervise daily kitchen operations, and help maintain consistent food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff and assign duties during each shift.
Prepare, cook, and wrap donairs, burgers, and other menu items.
Slice donair beef and grill and cook beef and chicken.
Coordinate food preparation and keep ingredients stocked during busy periods.
Ensure orders are accurate, properly portioned, and prepared promptly.
Train staff on food preparation, kitchen procedures, and cleaning.
Monitor food temperatures, storage, and secure food-handling practices.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure cleaning tasks are completed.




Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
Work with ownership to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food kitchen.
Experience supervising staff or leading shifts.
Comfortable working hands-on with food preparation and cooking.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Available to work 20–40 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability.
Food safety certification is an asset.
