Delta Pacific Seafoods in Delta, BC, is seeking a Fish Fillet Cutter to join our team. You will fillet to customer specifications, cut carcasses and ensure high yields, using knives, saws and hand vacuums in a cold, wet setting.

No formal education is required; previous filleting experience is valued. Training will be provided. Work hours are early mornings with some overtime; advantages include medical and dental coverage and uniforms.
