We are a busy taxi company located in Niagara Falls, looking for a robust individual that can work under pressure to join our team. We are looking for part time on contract phone operator.

Job Duties :
duties include answering called-in requests for taxi service and send drivers to customers
assist drivers with directions to pick up locations
when emergency assistance is needed by a driver, it is often the responsibility of dispatcher to request required service
taking care of reservations and booking

Requirements:
knowledge of Niagara Falls
knowledge of Niagara region an asset
mature, responsible, dependable, professional, polite, patient, people-oriented with excelent communication skills
computer skills

-valuable telephone skills a must
must be able to handle multiple-functions and activities
must be organized and be able to prioritize quickly
some experience preferred but will train motivated person

Qualifications:
ability to work under pressure
must be valuable team player
must be available to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, midnight)

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
