Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the office
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using electronic scheduling systems.




Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and relay messages promptly
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history, utilizing electronic medical records systems
Prepare and organize patient charts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in the medical office software
Light cleaning

Qualifications
Medical Office Certification required
No experience necessary but willing to be trained
Practicums are welcome
Eligible to work in Canada
