Overview
Join our agile team as a Forklift and Equipment Operator, where your expertise will drive efficiency and safety in our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to handle materials with precision and care. Your skills will ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes,

Duties
Safely operate forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to OSHA safety standards.
Assist with order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while handling materials for storage or distribution, including stacking pallets and organizing stock areas.
Support warehouse operations by participating in materials handling activities such as load & unload procedures and order fulfillment.




Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements
Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety practices.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues quickly.
Prior warehouse or construction experience is highly desirable; previous supervisor experience is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail in rapid-paced settings.
