Pur & Simple Burlington South is in search of hosts with weekend availability for a high-volume breakfast/lunch restaurant!

Responsibilities include:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Seat guests and provide them with menus
Assist in managing reservations and waiting lists
Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns
Handle guest payments using POS system

Skills:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining composure
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
Phone etiquette for taking reservations and addressing guest inquiries
Familiarity with food service or restaurant operations is a plus

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
