Duties
Assist with food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
Support the cooking process by following recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet food safety standards
Help with food handling procedures to ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients
Support serving staff by preparing garnishes and plating dishes as directed
Ensure timely setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during shifts to promote efficiency
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working setting for everyone





Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic understanding of serving procedures and meal presentation is a plus

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
