Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including financial statements,



management reporting, and audit documentation.
Oversee payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, deductions, benefits, vacation accruals, payroll-related journal entries, and year-end T4/T4A reporting.
Support manufacturing accounting activities, including inventory reconciliations, production costs, cost of goods sold, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Prepare financial and operational reports for management, including labour, material, overhead, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Use advanced Excel functions to manage large data sets, build reports, reconcile financial information, and improve accounting and reporting processes.
