Job Summary

Our client, an Indian sauces manufacturing company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batcher / Mixer to measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to production recipes and quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot food production workplace.

Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Operate and monitor mixing equipment.
Maintain product quality and consistency.
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
Record ingredient usage and batch details.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications
Previous food production or batching experience is preferred.
Basic math skills and solid attention to detail.
Ability to follow recipes and production instructions.
Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing setting.
Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
Knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
