Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Summary: [Night Shift - 5 pm - Close]
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment—welcoming guests, taking orders, and helping create a memorable dining experience. This is an excellent chance to grow within the food service industry while being part of a supportive and agile team.

Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet every guest and ensure they feel welcome
Accurately take and input customer orders
Promote daily specials and upsell menu items
Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with light food prep and handling when needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and potential allergens
Handle transactions using the cash register and ensure order accuracy
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery




Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in food service is a plus
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage
