Duties
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and handle cash or electronic payments using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness and organization in food prep areas.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Manage food handling procedures, adhere to food safety protocols, and ensure proper sanitation throughout the restaurant.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking supplies, and tracking food expiration dates.




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guests leave satisfied.

Requirements
Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow!
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing order totals.
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive guest interactions.
