We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Crew Member at Wendy's in Hope, BC.

As a Wendy's Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills:
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service




Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards in the food industry
Familiarity with cashiering procedures and operating a cash register
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
