Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all night shift activities, including stocking, merchandising, cash handling, and customer service.
Lead, train, and develop a team of associates to ensure high performance in sales management, cashiering, and store operations.
Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to maximize sales opportunities.
Manage payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures, and cash handling protocols while maintaining a secure workplace.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback,



and promote a positive work atmosphere focused on teamwork and leadership.

Experience
Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail or customer service environments.
Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, training & development.
Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $44,200.00-$50,800.00 per year
