As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll help our customers find service combinations without overwhelming them with unnecessary details. You’ll discuss essential internet, television, and traditional phone services based on customer preferences and everyday use. The Customer Sales Representative’s work will involve recognizing interest and presenting suitable choices in person

Core Functions of the Customer Sales Representative
Represent a provider professionally in person while discussing internet, TV, and landline options with local households.
Learn what customers need from their internet in person and guide them through available plans in straightforward terms.
Match television choices to customers’ preferred programs and viewing needs,



clearly explaining package differences.
Help customers understand traditional landline phone options and any relevant calling features.
Strengthen customer satisfaction and sales results through thoughtful sales recommendations and dependable follow-through.
Keep sales conversations welcoming and informative, giving customers room to compare choices and ask questions.
