Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our B2C marketplace business across the USA and Canada. We specialize in luggage, backpacks, travel bags, and travel accessories.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Target, and be comfortable handling day-to-day e-commerce operations independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, and other B2C marketplaces.
Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and product attributes.
Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, orders, and marketplace performance.
Monitor sales, product rankings, customer feedback, returns, and account health.
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify opportunities for growth.
Troubleshoot marketplace issues and resolve listing, order, and account-related problems.




Support the launch of new luggage and travel accessory products across marketplaces.

Requirements
Hands-on experience managing B2C marketplaces is required.
Strong experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Target marketplaces.
Experience managing product listings, inventory, orders, pricing, promotions, and marketplace accounts.
Luggage, bags, travel goods, accessories, or consumer products experience is preferred.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplaces.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Experience with both Canadian and U.S. e-commerce marketplaces is an asset.
