Duties
Assist residents and patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Support with medication administration following prescribed schedules and protocols, ensuring safety and accuracy
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Help with light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic setting
Monitor health status by observing changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to nursing staff or supervisors
Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents’ well-being and quality of life




Assist with specialized care needs such as dementia care, hospice support, or individuals with disabilities

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with seniors or individuals requiring long-term care, including dementia or hospice care
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, transferring residents, and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care and support
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $18.02-$20.00 per hour
