Renotown Inc. is an established, insurance-certified restoration contractor specializing in residential and commercial restoration, repairs, and renovations.

We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated Handyman / women to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with experience in general home repairs and renovations, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently handle a variety of tasks in residential properties.

Responsibilities
Perform general residential repairs, maintenance, and renovation work.
Complete drywall repairs, patching, taping, sanding, and painting.
Install and repair baseboards, trim, doors, hardware, and other finish carpentry items.
Complete minor flooring repairs and installations, including laminate, vinyl plank, and other residential flooring materials.
Perform basic kitchen and bathroom repairs and installations.
Repair and replace cabinetry, shelving, and other household fixtures.
Complete caulking, grouting, and finishing work.
Assist with post-restoration repairs following water, fire, and other property damage.




Assess repair requirements and identify materials and tools needed to complete jobs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting at all times.
Communicate professionally with project managers, homeowners, and other trades.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in residential renovations, general contracting, or handyman services.
Robust knowledge of general home repairs and renovation techniques.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and complete tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to provide and maintain a professional and courteous experience for homeowners.
Own basic hand tools and be comfortable working with common construction tools.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
