Responsibilities
Provide professional haircutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health regulations
Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering expert advice on styles and products
Upsell retail hair care products and additional services to enhance the client experience and increase sales
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting guests,



and processing payments efficiently
Keep detailed records of client preferences and service history for personalized future visits
Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols to deliver top-tier service

Experience
Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients from all backgrounds
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper tool maintenance practices
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and valued
Experience in retail sales or upselling products is a plus
Familiarity with front desk operations or appointment scheduling systems is preferred
