We are seeking a qualified, customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers in person, by phone, and by email, providing exceptional service while supporting sales and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
Respond to customer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
Process customer orders and payments accurately
Maintain organized inventory displays and assist with restocking
Address customer concerns and help resolve issues effectively
Ensure customer-facing areas remain clean and presentable
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) is essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
