Customer Engagement Associate – Field Operations

Alpha-One Business Services Ltd. is hiring a Customer Engagement Associate to visit assigned homes in Kitchener and complete BDOs.

A BDO is a field record documenting the fibre drop work required at a property. The associate creates and signs off on the record during a home visit.

What you’ll do
Visit assigned residential addresses.
Create and complete BDOs for those properties.
Sign off on completed BDOs and submit updates using the company’s process.
Represent the company professionally in the community.

What we’re looking for
Friendly, qualified communication.
Reliable, organized,



and comfortable working independently in the field.
Able to use a smartphone to record and submit work.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

This is a field operations role. There is no sales, marketing, or consent collection involved. Training will be provided.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
