Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
Prepare food items efficiently and according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, for accurate order taking and cash handling
Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and protected environment for staff and guests
Assist with food handling, serving, and upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




Support team members with time management to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods

Requirements
Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Willingness to learn about food industry standards, serving techniques, and upselling strategies
