Duties:
Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and qualified manner
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist with filling out necessary paperwork and updating client information
Collect payments for services rendered
Assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and surgeries
Responsible for all duties related to the care of animals
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care
Provide basic information to clients regarding clinic policies, procedures, and services

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, specifically a veterinary clinic is preferred
Loves animals and is not allergic
Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of veterinary software systems like Avimark
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
