Position: Field Service Technician (Blow Moulding)

Location: Markham, ON

Pay: $70,000 $100,000
Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Travel: Requires 50% traveling including USA, China and Europe

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for an experienced individual with years of experience with Extrusion/Blow Moulding in regard to installation and commissioning. Our client supplies blow molding machinery and related equipment to manufacturers throughout North America. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled, hands-on technical professional who can troubleshoot independently, work directly with customers, and communicate effectively with our machinery manufacturers and engineering teams in China.

Position Requirements:

· Fluent in both Chinese and English

· Communicate directly with machinery manufacturers and engineering teams in China

· Willingness to travel throughout North America for customer service, installations, and technical support

· Robust hands-on Extrusion Blow Molding experience





· Experience installing, commissioning, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting blow molding machinery

· Solid mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills

· Experience with PLCs, HMIs, controls, sensors, drives, and industrial automation

· Willingness to travel throughout North America for customer service, installations, and technical support. Typical Travel 3 days to 1 week.

· Provide both in office and remote technical support

· Assist with machine setup, production issues, preventative maintenance, and spare parts requirements

· Build strong long-term technical relationships with customers
