Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Building Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal to uphold cleanliness standards
Maintain restocking of supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other hygiene products in restrooms and communal areas
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health and safety protocols to promote a healthy environment
Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for equipment or fixtures
Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries




Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any issues or damages to management promptly

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within commercial or facilities environments
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies or equipment
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and consistency
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
Reliable with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
