Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your hands-on contribution will help bring construction visions to life, from initial groundwork to finishing touches. Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up work areas
Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels to support carpentry, drywall installation, and other tasks
Follow blueprints and schematics to accurately execute construction plans
Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like framing, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing, and painting
Perform demolition work and restoration tasks as needed to prepare sites for current construction or renovation projects
Assist with plumbing, caulking, welding, and other specialized trades under supervision




Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly storing tools and materials

Experience
Previous construction experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; we value eager learners willing to grow their skills
Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques is a plus
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics enhances your ability to contribute effectively on-site
Experience in drywall installation, painting, flooring, tile laying or restoration work is advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Solid teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new trades and techniques
Class 5 license required
