In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes our guests, guides them through our menu, and ensures every visit ends on a high note. Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems and ensure timely delivery to the table.
Recommend menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety.
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and performing basic math calculations.
Assist with side work, including light food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas.
Utilize reservation management tools to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow.




Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, particularly in fast-casual, fine dining, or high-volume settings.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a solid advantage.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Experience with upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
