Responsibilities
Provide skilled haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and communicating clearly to understand client needs
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
Educate clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products for ongoing maintenance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a positive, energetic atmosphere
Requirements
Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their grooming goals
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment
Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing customer satisfaction
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities effectively
Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products naturally
