Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations in compliance with food safety standards
Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies
Handle cash transactions efficiently,



balancing registers at shift end while providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Skills
Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality workplace
Robust knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively under pressure
Solid understanding of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management
Experience with serving or bartending roles that require multitasking in fast-paced settings
