We are currently seeking a talented Handyman to join our growing team in Vancouver. Duties and Responsibilities
Hands-on professional responsible for altering, customizing and maintaining the interior of commercial, industrial and/or residential spaces.
Able to handle a diverse blend of construction, light demolition, drywall repairs & painting, tile replacement, caulking, flooring and baseboard installation
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work
Assist Senior Management with overall project performance
Communicate project details and work cohesively with teams of subcontractors, tenants, consultants and other project stakeholders, and participate actively in meetings as required
Review project documentation, drawings and specifications in detail





Qualifications and Knowledge
Construction management, or related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret contact specifications, drawings and other construction documents
At least two years of experience working in the Vancouver construction market for a General Contractor preferred
Have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
Fluent English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
