We manage some properties in the GTA and we're looking for a handyman to join us on a contractual basis. How it works: you start with a 3-day paid work trial ($25/hr cash, paid daily) so we can see how we work together. For the right person, this leads to a full time employment chance. What you'll be doing: drywall repair, mudding/taping, patching and painting — patching holes, taping and mudding seams, sanding to a paint-ready finish, and general handyman repairs around our properties. What we're looking for: - Hands-on experience with drywall, mudding/taping, patching and painting - Able to handle basic repair work independently, without being taught the fundamentals - Reliable, punctual, own transportation and basic tools an asset If the trial goes well, we discuss full time employment.
