Duties
Greet customers warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for exceptional service
Schedule service appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs with shop capacity
Gather detailed vehicle information to accurately diagnose service requirements and communicate clearly with technicians
Provide transparent explanations of repair estimates, work orders, and service recommendations to customers
Upsell additional services or maintenance based on mechanical knowledge and customer needs to enhance vehicle performance and safety
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records




Coordinate with mechanics and parts departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and services

Skills
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive sales or service advising
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with technicians
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and trust with clients
Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments, paperwork, and cash handling
Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts inventory management, and dealership operations

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
