ESL and FSL School Operations Manager

Cornerstone Digital Data Ltd. is seeking a School Operations Manager to oversee the daily administration and coordination of English and French language education programs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of ESL and FSL programs.
Coordinate classroom schedules, instructor assignments, and student timetables.
Oversee student registration, orientation, attendance, and administrative records.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate instructor schedules.
Support instructor recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
Respond to student inquiries and resolve operational concerns.
Maintain institutional records and implement administrative procedures.
Monitor enrolment, staffing needs, and classroom utilization.
Assist with operational budgets, reporting, and resource management.




Ensure school operations follow applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in education administration, operations coordination, or a comparable service setting.
Robust organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing schedules, teams, and administrative processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a language school, ESL/FSL program, or post-secondary institution is an asset.
French language skills are an asset.

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
