Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The Server will play a key role in providing an outstanding dining experience that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Duties
Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management and organization skills
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests




Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
Follow all health regulations related to food industry standards and guest services

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
Experience with food industry standards, serving, upselling, and guest services preferred
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
