Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and plating to deliver consistent quality
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, productive kitchen environment
Skills
Previous food service experience or restaurant kitchen experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving guests and delivering exceptional customer service
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
