We are a premium wig boutique looking for a skilled Wig Technician / Ventilation Expert. This role is strictly focused on the technical repair, reconstruction, and modification of high-end human hair wigs and toppers. This is not a general hair styling position.

Core Responsibilities
Ventilation: Hand-knotting hair into Swiss lace, HD lace, and mono-mesh bases.
Lace Repair: Mending ripped bases, resizing caps, and adding structural extensions.
Hairline Customization: Single-knotting natural, graduated perimeters.
Density Changes: Adding hair to thinning spots or thinning out dense pieces.

Requirements
2+ years of qualified wig ventilation or theatrical wig-building experience.
Complete mastery of wide-ranging ventilating needles and knot styles (single, double, split).
High attention to detail to accurately match hair growth directions and density.
Portfolio Required: Applications must include close-up photos of your knotting or repair work.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week
