Are you currently completing your Reformer Pilates teacher training and looking for a welcoming space to log your practice hours? Or are you a newer instructor who loves teaching foundations?
We are looking for enthusiastic and welcoming Student or New Instructors to host our Introductory/Orientation classes.
In this role, you’ll be the welcoming first impression for new clients—leading them through introductory classes focused on essential footwork setups, carriage movement, core mechanics, and signature Pilates breathing techniques.
What You’ll Be Doing
Host Intro Classes: Lead welcoming, low-pressure introductory group of 8 designed specifically for beginner clients.
Teach Signature Footwork: Guide clients through proper foot alignment on the reformer footbar (heel placement, toes on bar, etc.)
Master Breathing Techniques: Teach core breathing mechanics—focusing on ribcage expansion, active exhalations, and synchronizing breath with movement on the carriage.
Reformer Setup & Safety: Walk clients through basic reformer terminology, footbar positioning, spring tensions, and carriage control to build their confidence for future workouts.
What We Offer
Flexible Hours: Schedule intro sessions around your training program, current job, or personal commitments.
Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience cueing real bodies, adjusting alignment, and leading class flow.
Growth Pathway: Potential prospect to transition into regular class roster spots upon full certification.
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in, recently completed a recognized Reformer Pilates Teacher Training program or upcoming student who's been practicing.
Energetic, approachable, and passionate about helping beginners feel confident on the reformer.
Clear verbal cueing skills with a focus on safety and form.
Reliable, punctual, and organized.
