GFL is looking for dedicated Millwright Apprentices responsible for diagnosing and repairing machinery like conveyors, compactors, and balers. This role is critical in maintaining our operation's reliability. You will gain hands-on experience while working in a up-to-date facility equipped with cutting-edge tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on waste and recycling equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Assist in maintaining operational readiness for machinery
• Update service records and tracking logs regularly




• Collaborate with team to coordinate maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• Registered Millwright Apprentice or progressing toward certification
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance or industrial settings
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with minor welding repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills for independent or team work
