Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our energetic healthcare team. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ health histories and current conditions to develop effective treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming treatment setting in compliance with health regulations and clinic standards
Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, expectations,



and any contraindications or concerns
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care

Requirements
Valid registration and licensing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in accordance with local regulatory bodies
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to listen actively, assess client needs accurately, and adapt treatments accordingly
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates
Must be committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all safety protocols
