Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in working in a busy and rapid pace environmet who can also multitask. We are seeking for someone who is highly organized and enthusiastic.

Duties:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
File, organize, and maintain records
Process payments and insurance claims
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Type correspondence and documents accurately
Proofread documents for errors before distribution
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

The successful candidate should ideally have:
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Ability to type accurately and efficiently




Excellent proofreading skills
Strong organizational abilities
Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
