Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Parking Attendant to provide exceptional guest services at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth parking operations, assist visitors with directions, and maintain a secure and welcoming workplace. Furthermore, the incumbent will also work as security for the establishment and for the customers and staff alike. Bilingual skills, parking/security experience, and hospitality background are a plus, but a robust focus on customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking needs
Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently and safely
Provide clear information and assistance to guests regarding parking procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
Monitor the parking lot to ensure safety and security of all visitors and vehicles
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations
Handle guest inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills




Escalate security matters when necessary

Requirements
Previous parking attendant, security experience, or hospitality background is preferred but not required
Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests
Attention to detail
Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours as needed
Friendly demeanor with a focus on providing positive guest experiences
