The Fit Mafia is hiring a full time Chef for our healthy rapid-casual restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Prepare high-protein bowls, rice bowls, salads and sandwiches
Maintain consistent taste, portions and presentation
Prep ingredients and manage daily kitchen operations
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Help improve recipes and reduce food waste
Requirements:
Restaurant kitchen experience
passionate about food
create innovations in menu
Fast, organized and reliable
Comfortable with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food
Weekend availability
Food Handler Certificate preferred
Pay: $22-$28/hour
Job Type: Full-time
