Responsibilities
Safely operate a vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations efficiently and comfortably
Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle to ensure a positive rider experience
Communicate clearly with passengers to confirm destinations and answer questions about routes or local attractions
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety at all times
Use the Uber app to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and complete trips seamlessly
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous,
attentive, and responsive to passenger needs
Skills
Proven experience in driving
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers
Excellent navigation skills using GPS or mapping tools for efficient route planning
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving items, and vehicle operation
