About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to remotely manage and implement BIM workflows for their nationwide projects. This role is essential for ensuring seamless collaboration and data exchange between design teams, consultants, and contractors. You will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, coordinating models, and resolving clashes to enhance project efficiency and accuracy. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your BIM expertise from anywhere, contributing significantly to the firm's digital transformation initiatives, with a functional connection to the Kimberley region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols for architectural projects.
- Coordinate BIM models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Manage the BIM environment, including file structures and collaboration platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of information within BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.




- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to integrate BIM into project delivery processes.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field with a BIM focus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or management, primarily in architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
- Strong understanding of coordination processes, clash detection, and model aggregation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing remote teams.
- Knowledge of various project delivery methods and their BIM requirements.
