Production Mixer

Manpower is seeking experienced Mixer Scaler Operators for a food manufacturing facility in North York. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Weigh and scale ingredients according to production formulas and batch sheets.
- Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and mix ingredients to meet production requirements.
- Monitor product quality and follow recipes accurately.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
- Follow food safety, GMP, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Work with production and quality teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a mixer, scaler,



or batch maker in food manufacturing is required.
- Ability to measure and handle ingredients accurately and operate industrial mixing equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and GMPs is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work any assigned shift.

Compensation and schedule

Pay: $26.15 per hour. Day, afternoon, and night shifts are available.
